Unhappy lottery customer!
I attempted to use the app to purchase mega-millions tickets. I have a $20 credit so I attempted to use a portion of it to purchase 10 mega-million picks with a 50% discount!
At this point I will add that I run a VPN for Internet protection, because I know that the lottery server will not recognize my location as being in Virginia, I pause the VPN to complete the transaction! However, it did not recognize my location so, I logged out of app and then signed back in but, when I attempted to purchase my Mega-Millions tickets with my “$20 Virginia Lottery Credit, the app presented me with every option but, MY CREDIT! Tell me please why I couldn’t use my credit?????Show lessODUWX
Wish it was more accessible
For example, when I even tried to write this text, it was difficult because it wasn’t set up that it would understand what I was saying or put me on the right line. I’ve been using it for a while and right now the only two items that I can use really well are the power ball and the mega millions. However, I would like to learn how to use some other things or have an audio description built into it so that I can actually see if I can play some of the other games and scratchers. I wanted to say when I was playing the instant games hey maybe there is a glitch when I would get logged off in the middle of bonus rounds but no it’s a set up To not give you the money you’re winning . On several occasions I’ve been playing my bonus rounds and looking to win some decent money but in the middle of the bonus rounds the system logs me out !!! And I’m Unable to go back and finish my spins and you can’t go back in and try to continue to your bonus round so you go back and play the game and you’re just losing money because u have to spend more money just to try and get back to the bonus rounds . Not a good app at all . Definitely rigged or something. Needs to be to be fixed . Absolutely horribleShow lessLmao77!
