Scammed
I have been using the App now for over a year and have been experiencing issues that I’ve reported for which have been unresolved! My experience has been to spend money on Digi games and lotteries have had little luck with lotteries, so I do play the Digi games once in a while, I have had some luck with hitting nice numbers, however, when I hit big such as a jackpot, the system kicks me out of the app without any consequences. The game accepts my bid, and when it plays and lands on such as jackpot, it kicks me completely out and when I log back in, there’s nothing there to resolve the issue. I try to go back in as the tech support suggest to continue the game, but it’s no longer there so I can’t go back to the game where it was and finish it like they say I can, so basically I was robbed! I feel there is no resolution on this issue which has actually happened to me once before and I followed all of the steps to the advice of Tech support but find that I experience the same issue on multiple occasions, so I will end my participation in the online app and just go back to the old ways of purchasing from the convenience stores. I usually love Technology but this app is not working correctly!
