Stuck on initial screen
Can’t manage my pension on my phone so now have to go through the laborious process of logging on to the website.

Can’t log in - Apple devices!
Great app but since the last update, I have not been able to log in on all my Apple devices! Must be a bug that’s preventing the logging screen from loading. I have tried deleting the app and also logging in via the browser but nothing seems to be working!Local Chief

App won’t start after latest update
The app just gets stuck on the loading screen showing the logo. I tried delete and reinstall but did not make a difference. Not sure if it was the latest app update or iOS update, iPhone 15 iOS 17.6.PeterB5370
Issues With Log-In
I have been having issues for a number of months now trying to log in with Biometrics.
Reverts back to manual login every time.
Tried everything to get around it - still not working. I can’t be alone in having this problem. Fox it please.D'DEE UTD
Update has taken away best feature
The best thing about the app was the ability to click on plan & learn: it would then show you a projection of income at retirement.
This has now been removed, and now you have to go onto the website, input loads of options to get a projection that is too vague to be helpful. GuttedAnrietle

It’s almost like it’s just a link to their website. Very basic. Stuff doesn’t work. Bad links. No links. Errors. Impressively rubbish for the size of companyBtnDogBoy
Useless
Still doesn’t allow you to use the app if you have more than 1 pension. Supposedly 3 years now they’ve been “working hard” on adding this feature. Feels more like hardly working…Munky2k
Frustrating and unreliable
Works fine for a few days and then gives you the spinning pizza wheel of death when you try to log in. This clears if you reinstall and then repeats a few days later. Pretty poor, really. I hope Fidelity’s fund management is better than its app design.Dadtocate
