Not any better
After seeing reviews from last year about this being a buggy app, I’d hoped it had been improved in the meantime. Sadly not. The app is still a buggy port of a web app, with various elements extending off-screen, preventing me interacting with them, etc.
Fidelity: just invest in a decent native iOS app, please! I’d rather a slimmed-down list of features in a reliable app, than the current incarnation which is a bit janky at everything.Show less-TomIsMe-
Fairly hopeless app
The app fails to log in showing as temporarily unavailable a lot more frequently than it actually manages to connect. It’s not the site in general as that tends to work when the app does not.enell62
More useless than a low melting point chocolate fireguard
Absolutely useless app…as crashes upon putting in your login details. A circle of doom just spins continuously. Astonishing to think they could be managing hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of your funds. Yet can’t seem to stretch beyond spending just a few quid on an app that doesn’t appear to have even been tested.

Unstable
Worked fine for a while especially with faceID enabled. Now it crashes when you login. I reinstalled and I now need to find new login credentials as it periodically needs you to change them. Awful.Non-mobile banking
Version 2.3.0 is now working ok
As soon as I log in I am logged out, rendering the app useless.

Stopped working
Not that the app is great anyway but after the last update there is no chance Login in anymore. Always getting the message Logging you out, ... reached maximum time limit for this session.
Same with my wife and colleagues. Rubbish.JasonH1982
From bad to worse.
This app has always been garbage but the new update renders it completely useless. “Maximum session time exceeded” immediately after logging in and you get booted straight out again. Facepalm.mister734
Broken App
New app is useless. It lost all my login details. An updated version of an App should NOT forget one’s user ID and password - AND ALSO it should NOT forget the login registered with fingerprint ID.
And now, the App has been rendered USELESS! In the time it takes to email a PIn code - the App will not accept the PIN. This means you have made your own app utterly useless - I cannot ever be able to use it. Why would you break something that worked well ? Please fix.Show lessFaustino 73
Need a “Proper” iPhone app with decent security
Agree with the other reviewers, this app is just a cobbled together wrapper for a web site, and not user friendly at all.
It could be sooooo much better, look at the apps from the Fintech Investmemt/Pension companies.
In addition, your approach to security needs updating, SMS TOTP have been recommended against by national security authorities for some time now. It’s about time you modernised with a selection of 2FA methods.
FIDO2, FIDO/U2F with both platform and roaming authenticators (I use a Yubikeys), with the ability to register multiple devices/keys. TOTP with proper support for Authenticator apps. And only then a (removable) backup of SMS TOTP for those who gave no other means of 2FA.Show lessJTee787
Stick to website version
It’s just the website but in the app as a wrapper. No effort. I stick to the website as quicker to log in. App takes too long to open or ask for login details. There’s only so long you can wait for it to ask you for login prompts. Nothing special eitherTrixla
