Annoying!
I have to uninstall and reinstall this app on a weekly basis to get it to "work". And God forbid you lose signal or the Wi-Fi drops while you're using it.Herr Big Bad John
App freezes up almost weekly
App freezes up at times and I’ve had to exit and reboot it. Not good when it happens in the middle of a match!
One feature that would be helpful would be a practice match feature. That way we’re not teaching people how to use it during a match, and it could be used to teach new APA members how the scoring goes while actually playing during g practice.Show lessant2211112221112222

Like they say, when it works it’s great.
Makes 9 ball scoring so much more accessible.
I have to delete and reinstall the app about once per night because it gets locked into a loop and won’t take data entry.nickelsmum

Why does it take the same amount of time if not more time to post scores now that we have instant scores of the match?
I spoke with other leagues, TAP, for instance that use scoring APPs’
their stats are posted in 24 hours not 6-7 days?idkwtfe

Used the app on an iPad last night. The iPad was physically warm the whole time and the battery ran down in about 4 hours. (The device should last for ~10 hours.)
The app spends 99.99% of its time displaying a static image and waiting for user input. It shouldn't be using any more battery power than what it takes to keep the screen turned on. There is clearly a bug somewhere. Please fix.Show lessTonNekat

When It works, it’s great
When the app isn’t freezing or getting out of sync, I love it. It’s the ideal way to keep score in both 8ball and 9ball. However, I do think some bugs need to be worked out because latency/bugs are prevalent. Constant freezing and crashing, which can bring league nights to a grinding halt (especially on 9ball nights where we are tracking every single ball). The APA has a great foundation here but it is my hope that the tech team can find a long term fix to prevent these issues going forward.Show lessN. Hagelin
