Love this app

I have played many 3 match games but this one tops them all!! I love the events and rewards, it adds more items to your collection like coins, cards, shells, etc. I personally think the levels are not too hard but not to easy either which makes it intermediate, I appreciate that because once the 3 match games get too hard I usually just delete the app but this one is not too hard yet so I think I'll keep it for a while longer. There is also a beautiful story line they offered. If you enjoy following a exciting story line with new characters every chapter this is is the app for you!!

Enjoyable game but

Love everything about this game except the levels are way to hard to pass and they is not enough time allocated to do all the tasks expected even with boosters. Can you please update to easier level playing fields before I just completely give up!,,,! You really need to offer more boosters and cut the needs of each level. You have too many tasks needed to complete on each level. Come on already. I love this game and everything about it. But I’m going to have to delete it because I can’t pass the upper levels. Please don’t ask me what levels I find difficult because they all are too difficult. Take some of the tasks away for each level or allow a lot more time. Plus when are they going to keep cleaning up this mansion. It’s filthy. Need to move on with the different outfits also.

Good game, except for a persistent and utterly miserable bug

The storyline is fun as are the puzzles. I was enjoying this game very much. But… it’s been a discouraging experience for almost three months because I have been plagued by a persistent bug where progress is repeatedly removed. I have now been returned to the same level three times, once having lost as many as 24 levels of progress in the game. Very frustrating, especially after having paid to purchase access to upper levels in an event. One other person in my in game group has been having the same issue.

Hopefully, this bug gets fixed one day because, except for that, I would have given the game five stars. I strongly advise new participants to make sure this bug is not on board before you make any in game purchases.

Nothing negative about this game

This is a well thought out game . Zero adverts unless you choose to watch them which these days let’s face it is a minor miracle .
The game is challenging enough to keep it interesting but not that difficult you end up frustrated . You DO NOT have to spend money to play . The graphics are amazing and the story line is intriguing.
Well done to the developers . I would more than recommend this game .

Sad and very upset

This has been my one favourite game for a long time now, I have managed to get to over level 3000 and find this game both challenging and fun until now…
I tried to get onto my game today and there are new terms and agreements which gives you an option of Learn More or Agree, I decided to learn more before agreeing. I was then give choices to choose from and once This was made to confirm, the problem is that unless you agree to all terms including giving 90 other companies access to your devices you are unable to confirm your choices.
I’m very sad but I’ve now had to delete the app from my device.

Please warn other players that after years of playing they may have to delete as well if they don’t agree to all terms including passing device info to 90 other companies.

Missing challenge

Love this game but the last two days water lily challenge is missing. Doesn’t show up to play this part of the game. Everything else seems to be working fine. Bummed out because I won’t be able to finish. Please check if there is a problem. Thank you. Edit to post. Water lily challenge is fine now and was able to complete it. Again thanks for this great game. Challenging at times but throughly enjoy levels, decorating and even the funny dialogue.

Good Game

I love the storyline so far and it’s a fun game to pass your time away with but the interference is terrible?? There’s no skip function and it almost caused me to delete the game! They must think we’re stupid? Other games allow you to skip and that’s the way it should be!
