I can’t play. I submitted a ticket and was told it was fixed. It wasn’t. I went in to reply as such and the original ticket was gone. I submitted a second ticket. After a few days I went in to see if there was a response. Nothing. I couldn’t even see the second ticket I submitted, so I submitted a third one. Only then, did I somehow get a reply to telling me not to submit any other tickets as it was confusing and it was being worked on. THE ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. I’ve gone in again, there is no ticket, no history of any of tickets and still I cannot play. I have invested A LOT into this game to be shut out, losing both my LEVEL and COIN total and being completely UNABLE to get back in to where I was.Show lessGolfGirl7019

I enjoy playing this game but it really needs some important changes. First, the expectations are too much for the time given to achieve them even with boosters. You need to offer 5 more steps not 1 to watch an ad for 30 seconds. You also need to offer more coins for the levels completed. Too many levels are needed to pass for simple tasks. That mansion is. Complete mess. Although the storyline is starting to address this, more emphasis could be placed on redoing each room of the house with better decor options. That family needs to hire more servants also. I hope a brand new update is in store to address these issues.Show lessUpdate Enjoyment

I play this game 6 to 7 hours a day! (Retired) But I can’t seem to get the 5 Red Hearts players have given me! I’ve tried asking for help when I’ve earned 5 hearts, I’ve tried waiting until I’m out of hearts to ask for them when the game prompts me. But nothing seems to work. The game offers me 1 or 3 hearts. I hardly get the Miracle Box after I’ve earned it. I have to play 2-3 more times before game offers it. The colored ball freezes up on Fortune Teller Shop more offen then not. I’ve tried deleting game for a few hours then downloading it again hoping that would help. I’ve asked for help from game but No reply except they will send my concerns to the proper department. I would really like to continue with game but it’s frustrating! Is there any HELP out there?Show lessdispointted

I love this game but it frustrates me very much when it doesn’t update properly. Sometimes when there are new events added into the game, it does not show up in the actual game. The App Store says there is a new event going on (Train Journey) currently but I don’t see the new event anywhere when I open and play the game. My game has already been updated and closing and reopening the game does not do anything.Show lessdodjqourueow

I’m surprised at the above average quality this game provides, unlike some that force disgusting narratives in their ads to be used as ad revenue for the only purpose of drawing in negative attention. All the same, if I would suggest anything for improvement, my suggestion (being very minuscule.) would be to change the cover art for the app. Like most match three app games, it uses a misleading image to bring in players that has nothing to do with the game or plot. I understand this is a common practice, but I think this game is good enough to not need that sort of thing. As an artist myself, I would like to suggest as the cover a picture of Jane (setting would be the beginning of the game) looking upon her new house while struggling to carry her books, that way, it would be accurate, and interesting! Other than the small detail, well done!
(P.S. To whoever wrote the dialogue, I very much enjoyed the references to Simon Langton’s Pride and Prejudice or Pride and Prejudice in general, the fairly witty conversations, and of course the amount of lore.)

Love the game but right now July 22/23 your advertising won’t let us back in the game. Very frustrating. You have to keep quitting the game and rebooting …but if you need an ad for a prize you’ll be blocked out of the game. Please fix this!!!!

Click watch ad for 1 extra move, get a portrait ad in a landscape game where you can’t reach the x and therefore have to restart the game. don’t be so scammy with your ads man.JodCull
