  • I adore challenge mode!

So fun to have a goal, going for the silver and who knows... maybe the gold???
  • Another great game from TTT!

I’ve followed Tiny Touch Tales ever since Penny Arcade recommended Card Crawl. Like all their games, Maze Machina is addictive, highly polished and beautiful. 5 stars, buy the rest too!
  • This is simply an amazing game.

I love all the little elements to the puzzle. I love the way that when you progress it breaks a bit of Automatron! The gameplay is smooth, simple, sharp. Well done. I realize I have a favorite mobile company cause I love your games as well.
  • The big cheese!!

I love this game!! I feel that the mark of a great game is it’s fun to play as you learn and get better, fun to play when you’re good enough to beat it and fun to keep playing again and again! Just ALWAYS get the CHEESE!!
  • Fun but hit a ceiling quickly

Clever but reaches a point where after weeks of playing I can’t get past level 10 or 11 of 15. (Developers, more cheese? One or two less enemies?). It seems unbeatable so maybe it’s fun it’s course for me. Clever concept though.
  • Best $2 I’ve spent in months

Oh, Maze Machina! You are wonderful, creative, enjoyable, and have made me want to pour gasoline on my phone, light it on fire, throw it into the Grand Canyon, retrieve it, only to play a few more games and then do it all over again.

In all seriousness, the brutality of the game (getting through level 15) is a challenge. But it’s a worthy challenge, and I’ve discovered that it can be done. (Current record: 220 moves).

For now, there are four additional modes for me to “beat”. But just getting through level 15 on Normal mode was enough entertainment for the cost of the app.

All in all, it’s a brilliant puzzle game, and I hope real, non-freemium apps such as this continue to be available for a long, long time.

  • Ego bruising but enjoyable.

You may see a simple puzzle game but I see a deep challenge that pushes the right buttons to make me want to play. One. More. Time.
  • A disappointment

Looks to build on concept of threes but forgets what made threes fun. Way too many icons, with no simple way to review what they mean (but for a slog of a tutorial), and hardly any strategy to implement given icons randomly flip on tiles. Loved the developer’s prior games, however.
  • Buggy

Long time fam of the developer. This game has a great foundation, but two really annoying bugs:
    1. When an enemy dies to curse just before you finish the level, if you randomly spawn on that square in the next level you automatically die after one turn.
    2. The death warning prompt often triggers when you wouldn’t die, and sometimes doesn’t trigger when you will.

  • Decent

Once you get the hang of how to move around the tiles, it’s pretty easy. It’s a pretty sweet game!
