Rooting for ability to use wifi
I only rated this app 1 for the lack of zero. This app really annoys me. I travel a lot and for some reason Safcom decided to make this app incompatible with wifi. Unfortunately, sending or receiving money abroad has now become impossible. Not to mention the problems with iPhone. Fix this please.
Sim needed
I prefer the old version as it allowed me to transact without having to switch sims. Lil shortsighted of their tech team I must say....
Irritatingly Slow
The new app is too slow. From retrieving a phone number from the phone book to the app, to selecting other options like checking your home fiber, data management etc etc.
You need to find a way to make it retrieve numbers as fast as the old app. I always end up just using the USSD option to make simple transactions since the old app is no longer an option.
Please work on that.

Iphone guy
Months later and still doesn’t work on iPhone 6s Plus for whatever reason. The other up is being shut down and the alternative doesn’t work!!!
Laggy app
This new app is so laggy and has frequent glitches. On my old app, options loaded much faster but on this one, once i tap any command, it keeps loading showing that dotted animation and sometimes eventually fail or sometimes it works. 5* for the old app. I am always not sure that this app will do what i want each time and this frustration has made me go back to sim toolkit

Only works with safcom line in phone
The older version worked well for travelers where safaricom doesn’t roam. This new version doesn’t work for travelers like me. It’s so bogus. Return to older version please.
Worst App Ever Made
The worst app I’ve ever had to use. This is terrible, half the time it tells me I have ‘insufficient funds’ to purchase data bundles I have more than enough funds to purchase. Then today I bought a 2GB data bundle for an hour and it never worked, but still charged me 50KSH, twice. Because of this app I am switching to Airtel. Safaricom this is RUBBISH
