@GiGLogistics why design a app that requests you deposit enough money to fund a shipment 2,000 naira for a 900 naira charge and then request additional 23,000 before approving the shipment. Feel dupednaijaShoemaker
Bad service
I placed a shipment, i credited the app with 2000 and the shipment cos just 900 and I can’t even check my transaction or know the waybill number to track item was picked and I can’t reach the dispatch. You people seem to be scam with this and my item is missing till nowoye2020

It has become unusable for the last few days
I don’t know what has become of the app, but for three days now, when I start the app, it either throws errors saying that it cannot retrieve cities, or that it cannot retrieve my wallet details. I have funds in my wallet I want to use to book a delivery. Because it cannot retrieve the list of cities, it will keep returning to the previous page.
Essentially, the app has not worked for some days now. The developers haven’t attended to it and I’m now going to have to call their customer service so my money isn’t stuck in an unretrievable wallet. This is bad service. The fact that it has been unattended to for over a few days is sad.Show lessJeyella
