  • Disappointed

    I’m so disappointed. The app has a place where we partners get to report disputes and issues but they don’t give feedback once messages are sent. What is the essence of the app having a dispute session if I have to go physically to the center to complain . I sent a package since 21st Sept to Ado Ekiti and till today 15th Oct my customer hasn’t recieved the item and I have sent several queries. Sort your app and your services or loss customers. So disgusted right now.

  • Useless company

    It’s a useless App. Not interactive at all, Customer care center never reachable, riders very rude. Just run away from this app whilst u can. I still have my money in their coffers and don’t even know how to get a refund.👎🏾
  • Without picture I can’t proceed.

    Nice app but why must I take pic of item and attach? I’m trying to schedule pick up from a vendor so do not have pictures of the item, I think this should be optional.
  • This is probably the worse delivery service I’ve used.

    A package was sent to me from Lagos and it has been more then 24 hours since it left Lagos and I’ve not received a call neither has it arrived. This is definitely the last time I’ll use this service, it is over priced and yet zero professionalism.
  • Cash on delivery option

    I love the convenience this app has to offer in terms of scheduling pick up and tracking shipments. I own an e-commerce store and would like to see the cash on delivery option for those that have paid extra for that service because right now, if I need cash on delivery i have to take the package to the store. This COD option is requested more in Nigeria so this app is becoming more useless to me.

    I have been complaining about my app not being able to track waybill or being able to refund wallet till now I haven’t gotten any reply from you people. I have been calling this number ‭09030002839‬ so you people can help me resolve it. Mehnnnn I don’t like your service.

    I can’t believe Nigerian Apps can’t be as good as this advance countries we trying to emulate. Pls return my cash I’m not interested in your app anymore. Go back to paper work cause your app is needless. I have sent mails and till now you can’t treat it. It’s so unfair.

    I placed a pick up to 2 different locations and had to be cancelling and re applying for a pick up finally 1 was acknowledged but the other wasn’t please refund my money to my account I don’t want it in the wallet neither do I intend to use the app again. This is the first time but am so disappointed. It’s a really bad experience I received as a first time user and I don’t ever plan to use this app or service again
