The Track Shipment page needs work.
A shipment created used to be indicated red and changes to green on delivery. Now it is green all the way. This stresses me out.
Then sometimes, the status is not updated in real time. This causes embarrassment to me at times.tylopytylopy

App is super faulty!
Took a million tries to sign up. Almost four days. Once I finally created an account it only allowed me to pay in dollar and only allowed me to put an international phone number. Fix your app please. Especially since this is the only way to schedule a pick up. So inconvenient I ended up using a different company smh.Show lessNceze1

My money
I was basically tricked into downloading this app and putting funds into it. Only to find out after the fact that it’s only subject to rider availability which by the way they’re never available, and I mean never. I’m in Victoria island and Going on 3 months now, been unable to use the apps features to request a rider and my money is being more or less stolen because they refuse to refund it. DO NOT BE TRICKED INTO PUTTING FUNDS INTO THEIR APP. It is far from ready. Their riders prefer to be called from their centers. GIG give me back my money. A total waste of time and money. Days after, no pick up, the Dispatch keeps cancelling and the next day same thing. Look elsewhere. This is dead. They won't reply emails or pick calls.drewDax

very useless and difficult to use, it is a prayer to be able to make account with them. they delay pickup for 2 weeks, They won’t refund your money once you find your wallet, literally scamming peoplmoney_magic wand
Forced update
This app forces you to install the latest update otherwise the app wouldn’t work, unbelievable but true.m.seaz
