App not working
The app does not open. It immediately closes upon opening it. I have an iPhone 15 and it started happening after the iOS 18 update. Makes the service completely unusable, will have to unsubscribe due to literally paying for nothing
App stopped working.
The app on my iPhone stopped working. I tried deleting it and re installing it and it still doesn’t work, not to mention the three closest car washed to my house are out of order.

No option to cancel.
I have been charged for months for a service I do not use. There is no option to cancel or stop service.
Really convenient
I really like this app, super easy to use specially if your a member. I really like the game.

Excellent customer service.
I’m a plan member and frequent car wash user for multiple vehicles and as we know mistakes happen from time to time but customer service is always glad to help, from invalid codes to app mishaps you name it help is only a call away, not to mention the car wash is great and keeps my vehicles spotless.

Said code was invalid.
Entered code and it said unable to read code. Now I can’t go get it washed at another car wash!!!!!
Unable to cancel
I’ll be trying to cancel the subscription and is impossible!! Neither in the app, website or sending an email to the “customer service”
