I don’t like there verification process. I always have to log in with a text and it will not recognize my device. It’s frustrating that it also doesn’t give you the option to use a email to verify. I changed my phone number and the only option to update was to go to the bank. I was out of town too so I could not go to the bank for about two weeks. I had to call the bank everyday to get my balance and make sure there were no unexpected charges on my account. Very frustrating.Show lessCrios98
Not working like before
App always asks for verification method by call or text, however, once verified it does not recognize the device for future sign ons. And now the text option for verification no longer works. Frustrating 😡MsBubble Gum
Where is my balance!?
The new update is actually worse than it was before. I cannot deposit my checks because it says that the amounts are incorrect all the time. Also, the new update removed the ability to see my total balance in my account.jackie7499
