Would have given more stars but app just crashed twice in a row

It would be great if my text showed up, but I guess this app is poorly developed

Great App

I love this app and it is very helpful for keeping track of my symptoms. I would love to see a few fixes for the occasional glitches I get but other than that I love it :)

Can’t get past condition selection

This is a good idea but I can’t get past the condition selection screen!
The page seems to not be centered on the screen so you can’t submit whatever condition you chose. Needs to be fixed :/

Please fix this app

This app would be great if it worked seamlessly. Adding symptoms puts you in a never ending cycle because everytime you back out from the screen of adding symptoms they’ve all disappeared. If you made the mistake of eating symptoms and then going to add more you will be out of luck because those will disappear. Upon a new day you’re shown the old symptoms ratings from yesterday which makes it look confusing, and you’ll be lucky if updating them is reflected when you go back to the front page. Nothing saves unless you do it three times! Additionally, don’t bother leaving any notes because those will disappear into oblivion never to be recovered. I’m deleting this app

Deleted more than a month of symptoms

I’ve been tracking my symptoms for over a month to show to a specialist at my next appointment, and when I went to update it today, everything was gone! It’s hard enough to get doctors to believe there’s a problem because I’m young, but now I’ve lost any records too. I’m never using the app again.

Seems Very Useful, But Currently Unusable

I just downloaded the app to help track a couple of illnesses of mine. After logging in and reaching the home page (how are you feeling? Etc.) the app automatically closes.
Based on what I’ve managed to see it seems like it would be of great help to me, but it is completely unusable for me. It’s quite unfortunate.

User friendly, but would like a couple more features

Tried out a few different apps that would be easy enough for me to log my symptoms and track them. I really like the user interface - it’s more visual and well organized than some others.

What I would love to see in an update is the ability to change the symptom rating to maybe 1-10 or a slightly wider range of rating choice (although the 5 you’ve chosen aren’t deal breakers, with some conditions, it’s really helpful to track smaller increments of change)

I’d also love to see notification settings - reminders to put in symptoms as well as to take meds.

Thanks!

Edit:

Thanks for the response guys!

Yes, there are notifications within the app and you can see them on your calendar, but they don’t pop up separately as a reminder notification on your phone (that I’ve been able to find at least)- is there a way to turn this on?

Also, I’ve noticed that if you go to add a new symptom from the provided list and you already have custom ones, it erases your previous custom symptoms. All of the ones you’ve chosen from the apps list remain, but any custom ones seem to disappear and you have to do it over again. And if you want to add a 1 symptom, there isn’t an option to customize it. Would be great to fix these issues :-)

P.S. ‘excessive’ is spelled wrong in the list for “excesive sweating” - a more expansive list of symptoms would be a great addition too.

Thank you again!

Hi Lis E, Thanks so much for the review! We appreciate your feedback, it’s valuable to our team. In regards to your question about notifications and reminders, we do have those features! If you tap the bottom center Quick Log button, you’ll see “Reminders” and “Medications”. Both of those features have custom reminders you can setup to remind yourself of important tasks, like taking meds! Hope this helps. Please reach out if you have any other questions. Amazing

An amazing app I use it to track my classical Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (cEDS) 🦓 as well as my autism 🧩 symptoms borderline personality disorder and Bipolar I Disorder. I absolutely love this app a few things I would like changed include
1. Being able to put what appointments you have
2. Track mental health coping skills (I do DBT) as well as skills for physical health
3. Get reminders on you phone to fill it out.
And
4. Be able to have a weekly report sent to you by email as well as monthly.

Otherwise I absolutely love this app

Eh

My main condition wasn’t listed which was annoying. I have so many and I can’t put them all which is also annoying

Too buggy

I like the platform and the way you can rate symptoms. However, more than half the time it doesn’t save my selections or journal entries. The time is wrong in the app, and I’m not sure how to fix it. It also tracks steps, but every day it always has some random number in it. Is this my goal, or does it think that’s how many steps I’ve taken? No idea why a number would be in there before I’ve even started. Anyway, I’m downloading a different app.
