This has happened more times than not. As a season ticket holder, when going to view my tickets. "Something went wrong" message appears. Everything else works fine on the app except this! And its a headache!hmfkc
Can’t log in
I can’t log in or even reset my password. Going through the reset password link doesn’t send me an email for resetting. The app says it’s not the same password as Tickmaster but then it is Ticketmaster? Confusing and haven’t been able to log in for a long time.UltraDistructo

Part 2:
From one product manager to another, you guys are dog sh it. Whenever there is an update, I dread tapping update in fear of leaving one working version to a version that does not work. I cannot access/manage my tickets. Fix this before the game Friday.

Nothing Works
Absolutely nothing works in this app. If you get lucky enough to get past the spinning mavs logo, the app will stop working at some other page.Optimus416

The app was already subpar, at best. Now since the latest update, it’s completely useless. The Mavs logo just spins endlessly and can’t do anything in the app. Trying to save my tickets to my wallet, but unable to access them.Ree99emd
Can’t login
I am a long time season ticket holder and this app will not recognize my login after this latest update. I can login to my account from a web browser and also Ticketmaster without issue (same credentials )it’s just this app.anothermffl
