Worst app I have used on my iPhone
I bought the ticket. It has all kind of info in the app and viewing the ticket is hidden under 3 layers. Menu options are so counter intuitive. I think the product owner of this app should be fired

Kicks me off when I try to register
Filters unresponsive, app feedback 404 error
I tried to submit feedback thru the app and got a 404 error. Trying to buy 2 tix to a game and filter is completely unresponsive so I can’t search for tickets together. Bad app. iPhone XS iOS 13.1.3.
Confused
Asks me to log in using my existing account info...the account I’ve always used to manage my tickets. Says “invalid username or password.” Try to register for a new account, says “account already registered please log in with your existing username and password.” I’m done trying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
