The owner was at one time ahead of the curve. His team’s app certainly does not reflect that. The app fails to promptly update even the most simplistic events. Failing to update game statistics for days is simply put - sorry!

Been one for about 5 years and a MFFL, but this app is trash. Mobile ticket scanning never works and the reps don’t know how to support it. I expect more from techy Mark Cuban ;(
Wish it was better.
I’m a MFFL! This app just doesn’t do it for me. Wish it would have the game play by play with players who are actively on the court and just more realistic. Wish they had the game option to hear it through the radio on 103.3 ESPN. Wish you could see other NBA stuff on there if need be just to do more research. Wish they would show injury reports and line ups. The app is buggy when I click on players it freezes out. Just needs a lot of work.

Great App to cop Merch

Mavericks App Is Awful
Big time Mavericks fan! Really poor app, I would expect better from an owner who is all about technology. Their focus is on marketing, not really what a fan is looking for. It is difficult to find items and they often seem in the wrong category. Easier to find a box score on ESPN then the teams own app. Dallas Cowboys website is way better, easy to navigate, lots more content and everything is logically placed on the app.

Poor app
I’d think a professional sports team, making millions of dollars, could hire a competent app designer. Difficult to figure out how to do something as simple as downloading a team schedule. I know I’m not the most tech savvy but think this should be pretty basic
