Game changer

If you consistently work with your child, they’ll consistently succeed with Joon. Of course kids figure out how to try to get away with not doing any chores and quickly figure out that Joon gets them to do work, BUT I set rewards with my kids and make it so they can see the success and want more! Joon has helped me set more of a routine for my kids, which has in turn helped me stick to more routine as well, and has helped us accomplish chores around the house and a lot of really enjoyable family time! My kids look forward to the new things they can earn for their dotors “for free” so they can save their points for things in real life. It’s also helped them really apply the value of saving and watching what you spend. My my kids say, “please and thank you” with a huge grin on their face after asking for something because they know that’s one of the easy ways to earn some coins. It’s gotten my 7 year old to focus and accomplish goals like no other, even cleaning the litter box, which was always a complete no go before. Also, my kids ask to read to earn more points, when reading time was always a huge argument for my 9 year old. Thank you Joon!! This has been great!!

Worth the hype!

I was interested in how Joon might be helpful for my two ADHD kids who struggle with daily routines after seeing reviews on TikTok and Instagram but was a little unsure of how it all worked . I didn’t want to spend the money until I was sure it would be helpful. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and tried the demo! It was an easy sell after that (even my husband was convinced!) It certainly will take some time to set up all the routines (and it is useful to have a second device so the kids don’t have to borrow mine!) but it’s very well worth it for the motivation it brings (and money saved on buying “prizes” all the time!) Five stars for sure!

Customer support and responsivity

I found it was easy to contact customer support with my initial thoughts about how the app was working for my family. They were very helpful and responsive. We’re also finding that the joon game app is highly motivating for our children, and it’s easy to create new quests and rewards. The app has been shifting the needle for us in making parenting more positive again!

Is there a option for a full refund?

This is a good app
But My child didn’t really use this, I understand it’s a part of my child not using this that I cancelled my free trail before you could charge me a full year.
However I thought by cancelling my plan before you took the 129.00 out of my account, it shouldn’t have been a problem.
But I checked my account today and said you charged me for the full year.
Can I get a refund for it, considering it’s right around the holidays and that money was for my kids Christmas presents.
I would like to get my money back.

A great app to help your ADHD kid get started with chores

My 9 year old has ASD and ADHD. She would not do chores before. But, with the help of Joon, I have got her started on chores. Joon came to my rescue. I am slowly going to be adding more chores to her.

So helpful!

Started using this at the recommendation of a family member while helping my kids with autism adjust during a separation and moving. It was easy to set up, my kids are engaged with it, and I can share with their other parent so it’s consistent at both houses. We ran into some technical difficulties and Brad and the team were so helpful in getting it resolved (and offering a discount!). So glad to be a Joon family <3

Held our granddaughters interest, which having ADHD is difficult sometimes to do! She loves ticking off the quests and can also see which ones she wasn’t able to tick off by having a conversation about why she wasnt able to. She loves the interactive pet which she can even make visit the house. And now, the pet also has a child which she’s thrilled about looking after😀

Aide vraiment!

👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Joon est vraiment super et simple d’utilisation, il a vraiment aidé notre famille a reprendre le dessus avec a peine 15 minutes d’écran par jour. Le créateur à rapidement répondu a mes emails et m’a aider a obtenir un abonnement mensuel plutôt que annuel! Je recommande vraiment!!👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Working wonders so far

After months of constantly butting heads with my tween to get anything done this app has been a massive help, she really responds to stuff like this and the virtual pet , and it has taken a lot of stress of my shoulders as a disabled mum that is a massive help, I did sign up for what I thought was a monthly payment and was charged for a year, however in contacting joon via email this was refunded and set up correctly straight away,so far have used this a lot , my daughters attention span isn’t great when at home, she gets very easily distracted and spirals off task, this has been a big help so far, I attempted other chore apps before this and didn’t really have any effect, actually seeing the reward of coins and what I let her use them on has made a massive difference, I haven’t used all the different features yet but what I have used has been very effective, she is coming into me daily saying look mum I have a new pet, my daughter is 12 and does not have adhd , this has helped our relationship a lot because I’m not constantly arguing with her to clean her room so well worth the money. Thank you :)

Amazing motivator

Loving this app so far, it’s still early days, however my ADHD 10 year old is doing a great job of completing set tasks and the fact that I don’t need to directly ask him means there’s less demand on him and our relationship feels easier.
He’s even willingly doing homework!
