If it was more suitable, you could also use the app without paying, where you have 20 swipes per 12h, you can Match with others and open conversations for free after you match, and you can even change location six times a day. Our team is working hard to reduce the number of fake profiles as much as possible. Also, you can use the app as a Freemium user, where you get to send likes, make matches & start conversations with them, and even change location up to 6 times per day. Each time that you wanna swipe it asks you to go premium which people are already premium
Hopefully this will change before lots of people will complain and push this app to the end of it.

Verifying your profile means you send a real-time selfie and make a gesture (you get a gesture example -instruction). If your profile is real, it gets verified, and you benefit from it. We understand it may be a little frustrating, but the picture is sent once, and it won't be displayed anywhere. Also, your data is safe on the app, but if you have doubt about it, contact us at support@dua.com so we can give you more details, you can also address if you see any fake profiles, and we will take the necessary actions.
