Used to be accurate
With the newest update, I noticed that the app now shows approximations, not actual numbers. This makes me very sad because this was my go to app to make sure my battery chargers were fast enough. Now, if this is an iOS 17 limitation, then that’s awful, but this app was the first app I got on my iPhone 11, and I will always love it. Thank you!

Great little app, except…
This is a great little app, and it works just well. However, on tablets and desktops when the ads come in at the beginning, some of them raise the device volume, causing the user to lower the volume which, if the user forgets to bring the volume back up then the alarm cannot be heard. The other issue is that some of the ads do not have an option to get out of the ad without hearing the entire ad even if it’s not something that you want to hear. I recommend they work on that ad feature that creates these two problems. Other than that it’s a great little app to say congratulations.

Best battery alarm out there
This is the best battery alarm out on the App Store! I literally recommend it to everyone I know, and if I could install it on all of my devices, I would.
One thing I would add in the future is a battery widget for the Lock and home screens. It would be nice to know the same info without having to switch back into the app every time. Otherwise, I love it!

iOS 17 issue
Update: 9/19 - Developer released a new update with iOS 17 support, however the issue remains unresolved. App reports charged to 80%, iOS reports battery at 78%. ( Original review: Alarm has been reliable for me but as of iOS update 17 on 9/18, the alarm notifies me of charging level being reached at 78% instead of the 80% I have specified. Battery condition is at 100% so I know this isn’t the problem. I suspect a discrepency in math between the OS and the app.)

Response from developer
Unfortunately, since iOS 17 it is no longer possible for apps to get the exact charge percentage of the device. Since only increments of 5% are made available by the Operating System, the Battery app displays ranges of 5% and only allows setting the alarm at increments of 5%.
Not reliable
I find this app to be very unreliable, triggering the alarm less than half of the time. I have tried multiple fixes such as rebooting the phone, not using the phone at all when charging, etc. over a period of several months with no positive results. This could be a great app if it was reliable. iPhone 13 Pro, always up to date.

Just what is needed
I was happy to find this app, and am even happier now that I have been using it for a bit. I love how it notifies my apple watch, so I do not need to blare the alarm level so that I can hear it in other parts of the house. Well done!
Works great, but be aware when wearing headphones
I accidentally clicked on the app, well listening to music, and when it opened, my eardrums got obliterated because it set the volume to max my ears hurt and it did make me jump really high to
Brilliant idea
After using for more than a year it’s not what I’d like but it is better than nothing. I gave it an extra 3 *’s because I want folks to be aware of it. It does not work for me likely because of human error. I plug in, click on app, adjust charge %, and I guess I don’t hit the submit button because the alarm has only very rarely worked. Not sure if it’s distraction from the ads or the ADD 🤷🏻♂️
I’m not sure designers often understand that the purpose of tech is to help the user . . . anything less is a fail. I feel like I do it all right and yet it failed again and I notice I’m usually better off relying on my own clock. Having said that, it would be great to use a real clock than my internal one.
I suppose it’s just me and I need to continue to try and adapt. If you can make better, please do so, if this works for everyone else, I wish you nothing but good fortune and sincerely appreciate you🙏🏼

An extra option-minimum battery level charge
Very good app but the only thing it needs is an option for minimum charging level.
adding my voice to something has changed
What happened? I never know now if the alarm is going to work or not because I'm not getting any notifications even though notifications are on. Sometimes it just doesn't start and I have to manually start it. of course I won't know that until I tap it to see if it's working or not. This app has gone from simply working to what's usual now everywhere. Nothing works! iPadOS 16.4.1(a)
