    Paid for the eSIM and asking for repayments but never got the facelities. No customer support service

  • DOES IT GET ANY BETTER?

    All I can say is that l've had nothing but good experiences with this app. My wife and I have used both the Asian and European eSIM offered by Nomad and it has worked brilliantly, and is quite affordable relative to most other options. Furthermore, the user interface is easier than some and their instructions for use are clear and easy to follow. Best of all, their customer support has been almost immediate, to the point and effective. They even followed up to thank me after I let them know that a minor issue had been resolved with their kind help.

  • Scammers

    I paid for a plan and couldn't use it coz they are asking for one useless verification. I bought a second phone number to protect my privacy only for me to me asked to verify proof of residency by a company that is base in Lithuania. I believe they are stealing people’s data and money. I asked them to cancel my plan and make a refund and they said refund not allowed once you make payment. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM for your good and money.

  • Good idea but bad execution

    I purchased a local number for one month, after arriving in Poland. They took my money and gave me a number. But the number would not work. Only then I was informed by the system that a verification is needed, including my personal data and ID. I checked out developers and it appeared legit, so I sent a copy of my US driver license. Crickets. I tried to ask for a quick turn around and was then told they need 3 days to verify and they need some other ID. What? I cannot even make a local call to order taxi. Then it turns out the money I paid does not really buy me much calling. There is a separate charge per call and text. Those were hidden during the purchase process. You have to know where to look to find that information. Bad business, not at all transparent. And I cannot get my money back. Oh well… not doing business with this company again.

All the documents should be in a good quality and not all types of the documents are approved, for verification of polish numbers National ID card or passport are required. The rates for outgoing/incoming calls and sms are listed in the application, when you choose and buy the particular number.   • This is a scam, does not work

    Brought a UK number, does not receive texts.

    Says I need to verify the number when I try to send a text but doesn’t say how.

    Support it awful and very much lacking, they say they have 24/7 support yet all my chats have been ignored. There FAQ is also tiny and doesn’t make sense either.

    I rated this App as number one scam. They’ll be collecting your identity information after you paid for their services which they didn’t include on their description that they’ll be collecting those documents. They lure you to pay first and then ask for documents again.

  • poor setup and service

    I chose a second number, paid and then was told the number I chose was unavailable, that I would be credited back and had to start over. But starting over, I’ll have to pay again.
    I can’t get anyone on chat on what to do, haven’t been credited for the number I paid for and don’t have. So here’s my review that cost me $10 so far.
