  • Messed up my iPhone setting while on vacation

    I would like credit back since I wasn’t able to use this app. It’s very hard to setup and I am very tech savvy
  • Ate my money

    It charged my card, and then errored out. Don’t see any way to recover the previous order even if I was logged in when it happened. Doesn’t work.
  • Funny

    Who can afford these prices? I would have paid if my jet had crash in an unknown island.

    Thanks for your respond (although I didn’t get anything from it) and just let you know that people don’t bother writing reviews before checking all your prices in different regions/countries. Your prices are ridiculously EXPENSIVE. I’m sure other companies will soon come along with much lower prices.

    Good day! With us, you can choose different tariff plans for different regions of the world (Europe, Asia, South America and others) and at different prices. And I wish you have your own private jet and never get into an accident! Regards, support team!
  • Ridiculously expensive.

    In Uk they asking 45euro for 10GB. I got 20GB data and calls from the local shop for 20 euro.

  • Can’t find Myanmar County

    Asia Region contain but i can’t find for Myanmar..
  • Sporadic

    Bought it so I could have internet while in Albania. It worked Sporadically, even in the capital.
  • Terrible, scam

    I paid for 7 days of data, they took my payment, then didn’t provide any service. Supposedly a tutorial was supposed to pop up when I paid, but it never happened. Customer service only sent me one email saying it was strange. Don’t rely on this, find a better service.
  • Non existent customer service; did not work

    I followed the steps exactly how it said in the app. I also have a brand new iphone.

    I needed to purchase a secondary plan since I am visiting the Dominican Republic. It never worked.

    When I tried contacting customer service, they never replied.

    I will be disputing this charge as they did not live up to the deal in this “contract.” They did not provide customer service and the product did not work as intended.

  • Denying customers to read ToS and Privacy Policy

    I went to whois to check out what this business really is.
    Turning out, they are legitimate Lithuanian (?) Registered business, but can't tell the details b/c I can't confirm it without creating an account (which requires to confirm its ToS& Privacy Policy)
    If I can't read your ToS beforehand, how can customers trust you in the first place?
    Conclusion: Fishy due to non- transparency

  • Brilliant idea

    Sadly it is a RIDICULOUSLY expensive option compared to local tariffs. Locally Epic are €15 for 4gb and 30 days so this is basically more than double and I thought that was expensive!

    Guys if you want to get customers, at least be competitive. Such a great idea badly executed
