Stealing your money
Signed up for a 3 month subscription only. Turns out, it’s recurring and you have to opt out (not at all clear during the sign up). Used it for 3 months, got billed on the 3 month anniversary and then queried with vendor when charge notice. Vendor refused to refund the money.

They take money from your account after you cancel. When I asked for a refund when I noticed they asked if I wanted 25% back. After taking $46 from my account
One star is even too much !
Even though I canceled my membership, money was withdrawn from my account and in response they said they would never refund and that they were very serious about it. Scammers who extort money from people who have no idea about customer satisfaction.

I have cancelled this app twice yet they still bill me. When I tried to find a way to contact them
none exist. When I tried to enter my sign-in details the app said I had already signed in. This is the biggest scam ever. I will contact my bank to let them know to cancel the payments.

Great meal plans
Can’t even detect sushi! Useless.
I got the app and cancelled my subscription after one day as I wanted to put in salmon sushi and it would only log sushi rice. It’s range of foods you can log is very limited if it’s not in their meal plan. Also you don’t get a refund if you cancel your subscription. They said “In regards to your refund request, kindly note that our company has a strict no-refund policy, unless the product is proven to be faulty. As we have not received such evidence from you, we cannot issue a refund.”

Terrible
I live in a rural community can not find half the ingredients that your meals require. And the meals are not with the app so I have to scroll through my emails to find the link. Payed for 1month and hav used it yet a waste of money
Hiding behind fine print to scam people
Typical legal scam service, they will charge you automatically without any warning and then just hide behind some fine print on their website or app.
Their service for food advise could be the best but it's ruined by their business model of charging people without giving them notice.
There is not any human understanding that someone might have missed or forgot a subscription and they will just charge you money without care.

Scam
I cancelled shortly after signing up. Every email I got was a marketing email. Found no use for the program. I should have listened to the reviews. This was back in October 2023. April 2024 they billed me again for another 6 months. While speaking with Christine at support, she said they do not do refunds. When I went to submit the screenshot of the proof of cancellation, she closed the chat. Have fun with my $90. Probably some kid in his moms basement.

Game changing
Struggled to be disciplined enough on any diet plan before, it’s just too easy to call it quits and order a takeaway.
This one however has me focused and committed. Although the ingredients are often somewhat rare in comparison to my usual shopping list I have bit the bullet and gone all in!
Once signed up, I can check my upcoming meal plan, change the ones I don’t like, the tell the app which days I am going shopping for and I can immediately check off the ingredients I already have…making shopping a breeze!
It’s so convenient and the regular emails help keep me informed and motivated.
I am in the UK so often the ingredients are worded in their US terminology but they are still easy to find or swap. Be prepared to expand your pantry…but it’s really worth it!
1 week in and I’ve lost 2 inches off my stomach and close to 4kg. I am still expecting this to be majority water weight but it’s more progress than I have made before.
Hardest part is the Keto Flu on about day 3, but only lasted 48 hours tops.
Looking forward to the weeks ahead!
