  • Help!

    I have really enjoyed using this app; very much appreciate everything about it. BUT: I have been unable to open the app for about two weeks now. I touch it, it fills the screen, and immediately goes away. I attempted to contact support, but received no response. What do I do now?
  • Care Coordination App - Great Addition!!

    I think the addition of the care coordination app is a wonderful addition. The chat feature is great, plus the little check list daily is nice to keep on top of important health issues.

  • Too many notifications

    Was recommended this app as a way to have a messaging system with our BCBS nurse card manager. I’ve found that the app works well for that. Otherwise it appears designed for the patient and not family coordinating care. Managing multiple notifications regarding step trackers, etc, primarily geared towards the patient themselves, is tedious. There should be a setting you can enable at first use that disables all the extra notifications and features, customizing the app for a caregiver or family member.

    I was contacted by a staff member and I have been absolutely impressed by the follow up and support I have received. The employee is outstanding. For the first time I actually feel like I’m being cared for by an insurance company. Well done

    I love this app…when it is working. Unfortunately, there have been enough times, where I can’t access this app, that it is forcing me to give it no more than a three star rating. I can definitely see stars falling off of that if the app doesn’t become reliable soon. Great concept, but fix it. Right now it’s just hogging space on my phone.

  • Disconnect

    I can not access the app from my phone . All of a sudden you click on the app and it disappears I have tried deleting and adding it back and logging in again and it still happens for the past few days therefore I have no communications with my nurse case manager at this time- I need access to my nurse asap
