I have really enjoyed using this app; very much appreciate everything about it. BUT: I have been unable to open the app for about two weeks now. I touch it, it fills the screen, and immediately goes away. I attempted to contact support, but received no response. What do I do now?Jade Dragonite

Too many notifications
Was recommended this app as a way to have a messaging system with our BCBS nurse card manager. I’ve found that the app works well for that. Otherwise it appears designed for the patient and not family coordinating care. Managing multiple notifications regarding step trackers, etc, primarily geared towards the patient themselves, is tedious. There should be a setting you can enable at first use that disables all the extra notifications and features, customizing the app for a caregiver or family member.Show lessErgolad

Five stars when accessible
I love this app…when it is working. Unfortunately, there have been enough times, where I can’t access this app, that it is forcing me to give it no more than a three star rating. I can not access the app from my phone .
