  • Great When it Works

    Everything was fine until PocketHealth stopped working. I cannot login anymore because the big blue login button remains faded out and never turn bright blue after my username and password are entered. The button is dead and I can no longer get to the information that I have paid for. Can this be fixed please?

  • Wasted my time

    Don’t waste your time. Took two time to setup then I was able to login. It then wants a QR CODE. What QR code?
  • You have to be 18?

    I’m just trying to find out if I’m positive for COVID-19 after being very close to an outbreak and apparently you have to be 18 or over? It asks for your banking information which the banks don’t allow the verification app to have access to unless your 18. I’m going into software development and even with my lack of experience I can identify that Niagara hired a firm that couldn’t do a clean job with a simple app. Now I have to figure out another way to find out my results.

    Great app, very useful, impressed with the performance!! Highly recommended!
  • Good concept but like most attempts at interactive apps in Niagara region... it’s a flop

    The main purpose of this ap is to check test results... majority won’t look at it unless they are waiting for results. That being said the portion to enter your information to look at the results is glitchy and poorly executed. I have on many occasions put my information in correctly, double checked. Once you hit verify it tells you it’s wrong. You get it “wrong” to much it locks you out until Midnight. If that happens don’t even try to get a hold of the data Center at your testing facility... they are even more useless.
