The two most helpful things in an app are not in this one. Actual balances are not available until late or the next day. Transactions, requesting sales of some of the investment, are not possible.Davidr981

Terrible Application /Website
Ive been investing for 20+ years with this plan and other brokerage firms and can seriously say this made a turn for the worst. There is no way to see your daily gain loses and current values for the day week or year. This is one of the key metrics for investors and is not currently provided. Voya & Deferred are clearly not putting their clients first. This is why investors are rolling accounts out to other brokers. Most leave the 457 with the plan because they can access it but I guarantee that once those are eligible they will be transferred out to another broker.Show lessNYPD 1
