  • This app is amazing

I spent months trying to refund this app. It’s because through some very tough times when I thought I was going to break it provided me with way to understand events and retrain my thoughts. I’m so excited to have found it again. Can’t wait to find out what I’ll learn about myself and overcome now!
  • Self help garbage

Like actually just either play video games as a coping mechanism or see a therapist instead
  • Tried the yearly subscription

  • Intellect was my best friend before paywalls.

A few months ago I was suffering from constant panic attacks each time I left my home. Intellect was there to help me and was so grateful that it was there in my time of need.
I used it sparingly and whenever I felt I needed it to calm me down.
But now a lot of the features are blocked by paywalls and I know that I will feel guilty if I pay for it and don’t use it every single day.
But if I do use it every day I feel that it loses it’s comforting effect and becomes a chore.

It’s a great app, and I was extremely happy with it when I had access to all features. I will still use it but I know that I will not receive the same comfort because I won’t have access to some of it, especially the rescue sessions that I used to deal with my loneliness, loss and lack of sleep.

  • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Five stars! The app dose what it said it did. There are no ads. There is a premium version, but you don’t need it to be able to use all of the features of the app. No glitches, and it’s super smooth. Looks pretty and aesthetically pleasing too!

  • Skeptic turned optimist.

I am always skeptical of such apps but after giving it a quick browse I do feel like this is made by smart people who can genuinely help others via the app.

But I do think this is only useful for those with average/typical mental health problems. For the everyday person. I doubt it will be too helpful for severe cases (give or take some outliers).

Hi, we are so happy to hear how you’re enjoying Intellect! Thanks for your review. Our app is not currently made to address some clinical issues in the same way a therapist would. It might be helpful to consider seeking help from a licensed therapist for these issues. We appreciate your feedback and have notified our product team of it as we strive to improve further!
  • Bad customer service, mediocre app

I recently tried out intellect and felt the app was pretty mediocre, I’ve tried out a decent amount of these CBT apps and for a $60 cad a year subscription I expected a decent app.

When I did get premium it didn’t actually work, it took a couple days for the premium to register with my account even after I restored purchase.

I ended up requesting a refund and the customers service team was atrocious, taking a week to reply to my email and saying they can’t find my account when I sent screencaps of my account email and purchase proof.

Steer clear of this app, there are much better ones either free or cheaper.
