  • Good idea, but there’s a weird glitch

I like the app, but sometimes when I try to click to the next screen in a session it’ll just go back and i can’t get it to move forward. It’s really annoying.

  • Bad ‘create account’ layout

I have downloaded this app a few weeks ago and I’m still to pass the ‘create your account’ phase. The layout is badly done to the point that I cannot enter my chosen password without hitting the ‘privacy policy’ link. And the rare times I can enter the password, there is no other button to continue or to go to the next stage. Maybe it is a good app once you manage to get in, but it makes me doubt when the access has been designed so poorly.

  • Extremely grateful for Intellect; Highly Recommend.

I’ve been searching for an app(s) to help me work through my personal life struggles and develop better habits and an understanding of the reasoning behind why I behave the way I do. I’ve tried quite a few apps, but Intellect is the first and only app that captured my attention and held it.

I’m so unbelievably lost and overwhelmed and struggling with multiple issues and Intellect addresses them all. Because the journeys are short, I’m actually able to fully focus and absorb what I’m being taught. The change in activities (audio, tests, journaling, etc) throughout each journey continues to keep my attention and interest. The woman’s voice for the audio segments is actually very soothing and calm, which was a huge surprise to me because 99% of the time I can’t stand them.

I finally feel as though I found a program I can actually stick with. I’m genuinely excited to continue my journey and for the first time, I’m optimistic that Intellect will help me understand the reasons behind my behaviors and habits and help me work through and overcome my struggles.

I am so grateful Intellect exists, that I found it and that it’s free to use, which is absolutely critical in my current financial situation, and that also makes me feel the app creators actually care and truly want to help people. I cannot fully express how thankful I am for Intellect.

  • Really helpful for everyone, especially students

This is quite possibly one of the best apps I have ever downloaded — it helps with mental health, building better habits, and more, and even has a mental health first aid course. It also has these “rescue sessions” that you can use when you are really feeling low, or feel yourself beginning to spiral, or just to help you sleep lol. They also have rescue sessions to help u stop procrastinating, to get motivated, and more. It also has an inbuilt journal with lots of different journal prompts. And to make it better, it’s all completely free!! No in app purchases or anything! I think this is really important because a key demographic that would need this app are either students (who are tight in money) or teenagers (whose parents wont let them buy/subscribe to an app).

  • Grateful

I’m not one to usually stick to digital psychological well-being platforms as I tend to lose patience quite easily. However, I found the learning paths on this app extremely insightful & encouraging. I am so grateful that thanks to consistently using the app, I have a better control of my bad habits & irrational emotions. The ability to write in journals any time of day and access rescue sessions has been a saviour for me, at times when the lockdown was getting a little tough. So, THANK YOU for emerging at this time and truly supporting me work on myself !!

  • This helps so much

During the hard times that we’re all going through right now, thank you for this app. I’ve used a few of the rescue sessions and I still have loads more of the app to explore. My time on the app has helped me get out of a temporary slump and made me realise there’s more to life in lockdown than just moping about. One thing I’d like to however, during rescue sessions when it asks you to type, the arrows get in the way of the text and you can’t see what you’re writing
