Bizarre glitch in app
Using the app on my phone, I was filling in details for a job completed over multiple dates. When I went to generate the invoice, the details were gone. Tried again, this time entering the details in the “description” field and got an error message. Opened the website and was able to generate the invoice inputting details into the description field with no error message, but it was annoying to do all that work (multiple sentences of text in five different entries) to have it all disappear. Lost about 20 mins of my time. Please fix.

Phenomenal tool
Invoicely is a phenomenal tool for contractors. It makes it very easy to create and keep track of invoices, all your clients, and more. Compared to other similar services, this is hands down the best. Both the web and app experience are good. I also like the labeling you can do to present a more professional image. The recurring invoices, makes it easy to automatically bill for any ongoing services. Most of all, I like that even their free tier offers a lot. There’s no bait and switch that makes you upgrade once you are a customer.

Such a handy app
I use this for all my business needs. It is super easy to use, the invoices look professional and I love how you can track what has and hasn’t been paid. Even easier to use the app than the website

Game changer for small business owners
My husband has a little repair shop and we didn’t have a software solution or anything to help us keep track of his work, or to send estimates or anything. After multiple tries, I found invoicely and had been using it online (web version). It’s easy enough, allows for customization and branding, so it saves me a lot of work! (I am the one that helps with the admin side). I found the app on my App Store and I couldn’t believe it! Now I don’t even have to go to my computer or anything and I can create estimates and invoice customer on the fly! It also helps me track the payments, and see how much we’re making. Love it! Easy enough to use and with plenty of options. Highly recommend it!

Really good app
I’ve been using invoicely for a number of years and really happy with how user friendly it is. Very professional looking invoices, interface is really good and easy to get around. The only thing is there is no specific space for me to put bank details so I use the notes section.
