Wasting your time
This app just does not work, I can’t book a flight, the navigation between menu is horrible and confusing, user experience is bad, you need to do a lot for simple task like check in, the information for my upcoming flight is not complete ( I couldn’t find which terminal my flight is ), and much more, very very unexpected experience to have an app this bad from a Citilink

Poor Quality App!!
Couldn’t log in even tho I’ve reset password a few times. So annoying as I got voucher as a refund but couldn’t use it. It’s been years they didn’t improve either the app nor website for better user friendly interface. Come on, is it still the same state owned company mentality?? Such a shame.

Unable to book
Passport expiry only goes to 2024 so unable to make booking. Poor app quality control on simple issues like this. However, it is good that Citilink has customer service support options (email, live chat and phone). Much easier to contact Citilink compared to its local competitors like Air Asia.
