  • Is there any way to change the body parts

    For instance when the app planned leg workout for today, can I change it to upper body workout plan? I don't see any option

    Hey Athlete, thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased that you like the app. The workout names that you can switch between are displayed at the top in form of bubbles. These always correspond to the split that you have set in the training profile. Unfortunately, you cannot/should not change this without reasons, as this will lead to a complete recalculation of your plan. However, you could simply train a different workout in your current training week. To do this, simply click on the workout at the top of the training overview and then click on "Start".   • Amazing app

    This app is fantastic, I love it. The only thing that is missing is watch integration and the ability to let in the food, that would be awesome . I love that the timer gives you 8 sec warning to get ready for the start of the next set.

  • Beware of charges

    I am giving one star because I was charged twice after I canceled the subscription. When I messaged customer service they addressed me by the wrong name and refused to refund any money.

    I’ve tried so many apps to help me plan my workout, but this app is really really good.
    It made me love to go workout with all the attention to details it got.

  • Falls short after a while

    On the first glance it what what I was looking for but after few weeks it complete falls short.

    Constant and annoying weight adjustment pop ups.
    Missing exercises, how is it Leg Extension not on the list?

    Adding, removing, replacing changes the program and not only todays workout.

    Keeps hanging on creating new workout.

    Wanted to love but meh… would not buy again.

    The app is well hilt and I’m seeing slow but consistent gains.
    However, it would be nice to have more functionality from the Iwatch applet. Such as the ability to check off a Set or adjust a rep or weight without having to take out your phone to change it.

    I love this App. The Workouts are great and it’s extremely easy to use. If you need a great app this is the one! Looks no further .

    I love this app. Only thing I would add would be a place to add the daily cardio and type of cardio. Other than that this app is perfect 🤩

  • Great App for tracking progress, But..

    I’ve been using this app for a while now and I’ve found it really easy to use and great for tracking progress. However, from week to week I find that the app doesn’t encourage much progressive overload as it should.. I find that the following weeks workouts the weight and reps are less than the previous week despite my goal being set at strength gain?

We are very pleased that you like the app. We don't plan your strength gains linearly, meaning you won't see simplistic increments of +1 repetitions every week in our program. Our algorithm calculates the most effective progression for you, ensuring each session is slightly more challenging than the last. This might involve decreasing the weights while increasing reps, or the other way around, to optimize your strength and muscle growth. On your progress chart, you should notice a steady, upward trend, reflecting your continuous improvement.
