I’ve been in fitness since I was eight years old, and honestly I’ve just been so tired of thinking. This does the thinking for me! Wish I could log my food directly into this app instead of having to get another but it’s a small price to pay.General Bumi

They say free 14 day trial and after 14.99/month but they charge me 41.80$.

I only opened this app once to see what is it like and did not remember to cancel free trial, but I requested for a refund as soon as I was charged, but was told i wasn’t eligible for a refund, how? Now I paid 120 dollars for an app ill never use, ridiculous.ftg1134

The app doesn’t save my weight and reps properly, the next week I’ll go back and look at my pb’s and they are all reset to random numbers I didn’t do in reps or weight. Have got rid of it and gone to another fitness app, definitely not worth the $16-$17 a month.WhosSuspect

I 10000% cancelled this subscription with 24-48 hours of having downloaded the app. I had not even used it. $99 came out of my account today that was UNAUTHORISED. Be weary this is a scam and they have not refunded the funds. Please return the funds, remove the yearly subscription and refund - thank you. I’m so disappointedShow lessFELICITYG99

Hello FELICITYG99, We are very sorry that something went wrong with you. However, we have no influence on whether you cancel or whether your cancellation was successful. You started your test phase via the AppStore and therefore you can only cancel in the AppStore subscription management. If you really canceled in time and there was no error at Apple in the AppStore, then your subscription would have been canceled. Furthermore, we can't give you a refund because we don't have access to it either, this can only be done via Apple. You are welcome to let Apple know that we agree to a refund. If we can help you otherwise, please contact us via the support chat in the app or by email (support@myfitcoach.de).
