I used ticketsmarter once in the past, had no problem. Then I get an email almost a year later that have new tickets for an upcoming event somewhere in Vegas. I immediately contact ticketsmarter and question them about this, they say that it's a valid charge. Wth?! I contact my credit card company and report it as fraud. I emailed ticketsmarter again and tell them that this is not my charge. They tell me that I need to contact my CC company and advise them that I would like to withdraw my fraud case in the favor of ticketsmarter and there will be a follow up email with a link to resell the tickets. Why should I have to resell something that I didn't buy?!! I contact ticketsmarter again. That this is unacceptable and we cancelled our cards to ensure that it wouldn't be charged again and that ticketsmarter needs to resell these tickets not us. Ticketsmarter replies that after they looked at the tickets "purchased" they've concluded that it is unable to be relisted on their trusted partner site Ticket to Cash. That these tickets they are trying to stick me with is now my responsibility to locate another site for resale BUT..... I don't have the tickets!!! I am told that I need to pick up the tickets from a nearby location to the event on the day of the event. Wth?!!! They used my card for these tickets that are $2950!!! Then after I dispute it, tell me too bad and I have to find an alternate way to resell it because they can't and I don't even have access to the tickets until the day of the show. Stupid stupid stupid company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE because your card will be on file and somehow it will be used for another event. And they will not help at all with you're refund or dispute. BE SMART AND GO WITH REPUTABLE COMPANY NOT TICKETSMARTER. COM. This company is a scam and should be shut down if there was a negative star that's what I would've rated them.
