SCAM - FRAUD
I used ticketsmarter once in the past, had no problem. Then I get an email almost a year later that have new tickets for an upcoming event somewhere in Vegas. I immediately contact ticketsmarter and question them about this, they say that it's a valid charge. Wth?! I contact my credit card company and report it as fraud. I emailed ticketsmarter again and tell them that this is not my charge. They tell me that I need to contact my CC company and advise them that I would like to withdraw my fraud case in the favor of ticketsmarter and there will be a follow up email with a link to resell the tickets. Why should I have to resell something that I didn't buy?!! I contact ticketsmarter again. That this is unacceptable and we cancelled our cards to ensure that it wouldn't be charged again and that ticketsmarter needs to resell these tickets not us. Ticketsmarter replies that after they looked at the tickets "purchased" they've concluded that it is unable to be relisted on their trusted partner site Ticket to Cash. That these tickets they are trying to stick me with is now my responsibility to locate another site for resale BUT..... I don't have the tickets!!! I am told that I need to pick up the tickets from a nearby location to the event on the day of the event. Wth?!!! They used my card for these tickets that are $2950!!! Then after I dispute it, tell me too bad and I have to find an alternate way to resell it because they can't and I don't even have access to the tickets until the day of the show. Stupid stupid stupid company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE because your card will be on file and somehow it will be used for another event. And they will not help at all with you're refund or dispute. BE SMART AND GO WITH REPUTABLE COMPANY NOT TICKETSMARTER. COM. This company is a scam and should be shut down if there was a negative star that's what I would've rated them.Show lessDeiby Montoya
Beach boys
Several months ago, I purchased tickets to The Beach Boys here in Bend, Oregon. I also purchased insurance with payback if I couldn’t make it. I have called and called and spoke to several different people and no one seems to want to help. My wife who is going to go with me became critically ill and is now in hospice care and will not be alive when the concert happens. I explain this and they don’t wanna believe me. They say I need a doctors note and all this and I think that’s just wrong. I’m suffering to worry about losing all this money to see a concert that I can’t go to, I don’t know why I bought insurance if they’re not gonna honor it. Do not use this company go to Ticketmaster instead.. No one has reached out to me to help me and I have gone through several different channels even the company that that I bought the insurance from.Show lessLines on my face
They sell invalid tickets
I got tickets from them today when I drove 2 hours to the concert and security scanned them they were invalid!!!
I call costumer service and they asked me for proof!!? They open a claim after keep trying to get a refund but they just said that is hard because I don’t have proofClarita Andrade
Terrible experience
This is a terrible company to work with . You don’t get the tickets till the day before the event or the day of the event . if the tickets don’t come through from third party you have to look for new ones which are higher in price and run the risk of tickets being sold out and can’t even go to the event . . App is really easy to use and very intuitive. Really easy to grab tickets and see available options. Great company for all my concert and comedy show needs!Alpackaaaa
