App not working
I am unable to access the app or retrieve it. I have tried cancelling/deleting to start again however still not able to

Would not even rate it 1 star if there was a star for totally user unfriendly.
I have tried everytime I’ve had XRays and have never been successful. I requested a physical film at the time I had my XRay and was told they can only be obtained in digital form. Totally dissatisfied with no result still.
Can’t even sign off with nickname - keeps denying.

Can’t access the app
I’ve submitted my phone number & email yet still no link to create an account
Will not load any images
Incredibly buggy; no image loads, etc.
Terrible app
Scans take so long to load. Rather than downloading from the server and staying there, I have to load them each time I open the app and considering the app logs me out every 5 minutes, its very time consuming to view all images. Expected better from QLD X-ray
Error upon sign in page
Went through the process of setting up my password, once I received the text message to use the portal. Password set up fine, but first time trying to login I got error after error. Still not able to login in.
Doesn't work. Won't accept accurate passwords
I have a password in the clipboard that works successfully to log in to the website from a password manager, but the app rejects as inaccurate. Consistently fails.

Use Touch ID only works once
Use Touch ID only works once, then I have to sign in with a password, very annoying
X-ray results app not working
I’m not really happy with this app, I understand why they are not printing the ultrasound results of my baby, in this up I need to wait 24 hours before I see again my baby picture and then when I wake up I’m so excited I got the scan in the app but I can’t open it! It just said I handled exception please try again, I keep trying still same, so I call them they said they will report it to the head office, so I need to wait again, and I’m not really happy, my first ultrasound i didn’t do it here in bulk it’s free but when we leave that day they give the pictures of my baby instantly, now we choose them bcoz they are near we pay but this is happened
