App really lets them down
I like my gym but this app is only useable for class bookings and even those are bare bones details - they absolutely need to start adding the class instructor names to the classes. Some instructors are good and some bad and if I could know who was taking the class I would go more often!
The app itself has no other purpose- there’s no content on the on demand or workout pages, it’s like those pages are just for show. It’s rather confusing but I’ve deleted and re downloaded and it’s never improved so I guess it’s just Terrible!Show lesseihpos29
Doesn’t work since update
App doesn’t open or load since the latest update so totally useless.So upset wiv farmville

Downloaded this as I joined recently. Literally nothing loads on the app, keep getting error messages on every single page. Can’t book any classes or anything, just don’t bother with this app it’s terriblePink rythm

The gym group has a much better app with live tracking of capacity, automatically logging your gym sessions based on entry and exit time aswell as much more useful feature. This app is completely useless and too complicated to usebalisticbom

This company stole my money. Avoid at all costs
I saw this app last year and saw we had a gym in my area. I signed up to their gym after liking the app.
This company has been debiting money out of my account without my consent during lockdown.
Avoid downloading this app and signing up to this gym.Africanbouy

Please add Spin to the On Demand Library
Spin classes are always fully booked as people book and then don’t turn up so please add Spin sessions to do on demand on bikes in the gym as an alternative. Thanks.spiky_bob
