Keeps saying that link has been sent to my email, but I didn’t get any link.

Had issues logging in but sent message to my local pump gym via Facebook and they responded with a password that worked immediately. Fantastic resource for home workouts during lockdown. I have had a go at classes I wouldn’t have tried in a studio full of people. Thanks!Can’t log in

Tried to rest password and I am told that the link has been sent to my email address - no link received (checked spam box etc).
