Worst app I’ve ever used, hands down. Constantly redownloading because it won’t work.

Not intuitive at all, full of bugs and glitches.
Very poor but stuck with it.

Absolute trash. An embarrassment for Microsoft.

I’ve been deploying work management systems in the field since 2G arrived and I can honestly say this is the worst implementation of a field service application I have ever seen.
I know that the app is built on a framework and it’s fully customisable but the default UI Is terrible. It’s like Microsoft has thrown the database into the air and fields have landed on the screen.
Work management applications should be lean , process driven, only show you the information that you need to know when you need to know and where possible complete the data entry for you.
Data entry should be a breeze,but unfortunately the Dynamics framework just makes the application clunky. Good luck to any enterprises trying to develop and deploy this app. You’ll need a team of developers to reengineer.

Field service app

It’s garbage now…came out and worked well in the field but as it was updated for the office it’s turned into something you would throw into the trash. Wish we could choose what version we wanted to run as it’s no longer working and have to now email all data into the office by email. Might as well fill out a form on some sort of form and due with that. Corporate get ahold of the engineering on this and get it fixed

We’ve never had full functionality and often we have no functionality.

This app is the worst, I am assuming the only reason my company is using it is because the person who wrote it or one of their investors works as a manager here. Hopefully someone will figure this out and let them go from the company.

Nightmare

The name ‘Field Service’ suggest that this ‘app’ is aimed at people working in the field, ie not in the office. However, this ‘app’ is extremely slow, fiddly, cumbersome and flakey. All the things you absolutely don’t need when trying to produce a service report for your customer. The really annoying thing is that once your company has picked D365, you’re stuck. It’s total rubbish, avoid it if you can.

Slow and Hard to navigate

App is slow and hard to navigate, not ideal on a phone and it will crash on you unexpectedly. Needs to be made into a phone app, it feels more like a desktop app.
