  • Great app that could improve

    As an estimator/salesman I rely heavily on this app. I do appreciate it more than the previous version. One thing I wish would be integrated into the app is the job status in the calendar. For instance when you look at the calendar it would say if that homeowner is a lead, prospect, accepted, completed, invoiced without having to click on the name itself. Other than that, I appreciate the app.

  • Very functional app and responsive dev team!

    This app has made life so convenient when out and about. It is very functional and perfect for inputting things quickly instead of having to get in front of a computer.

    I have had some feedback about some very small bugs within the app that I have given to the dev team. They are always gracious to receive the feedback and have fixed some small issues in a timely manner.

    I only believe this app will continue to improve and is already solid so far!

  • Acculynx Review

    The app truly makes my work day easier! I am able to leave notes that my team can see, which keeps everyone updated on what’s going on with each individual customer. My only recommendation is to make an option to save multiple photos, all at once, to my phone, rather than having to click “save photo” on each individual photo.

  • Have to force close and relaunch App to switch between jobs

    This updated version of app makes you force close it and relaunch if you want to search a new job. I can close the current job and search the new one, but it will not allow you to open the new file. So now you have to force close it and relaunch the app. This makes it where I have to force close this app appx. 20 times a day. Extremely inefficient. Also, uploading photos to jobs with the updated version adds 2-3 extra steps as opposed to the last version. I don’t see how this is supposed to be better when everything requires extra steps which requires more time which means I’m making less money since I’m spending more time on the app now then in previously. I waited approximately a month to make a review thinking that they would have resolved these issues by now. But nope.

  • A Project manager’s experience with AccuLynx

    My name is Ben and I’m a project manager for the #1 recommended roofing company in Austin Texas! I don’t know what I would do without AccuLynx! AccuLynx is the best way to LYNK (pun intended) your business programs and also Help you pipeline your customers to turn them from LEAD to SOLD and invoiced! I’ve been using AccuLynx for 3 years now.   • Some missing features but always improving

    The AccuLynx Field app has some of the more advanced features that are not accessible from the mobile app, which is understandable but since I’ve been using it, I have had no significant issues and it continues to improve as time progresses.

  • The old app was better in so many ways!

    The process of uploading photos is awful half the time they don’t upload or take forever. Never had that issue with the old app. Multiple issues entering a new lead all required fields will be fill out and the save button won’t “light up” still no leader board in either app. This app is also slower than the old app. You shouldn’t removed the old app… or fix all of these issues. Also you can’t add a photo from your camera roll to a message you have to upload it to the photos.

  • App is almost worthless - Missing Basic Features

    As a new user, it is very frustrating to have desktop availabilities, or browser login on phone capabilities that are nowhere to be seen on the iPhone App. Things as simple as being able to create a reminder… For a specific day and time as opposed to task, which is only tied to a day.

    And to not allow me to create an estimate in the field on the spot in the app?basic functionality missing in the app. Why not just drive everyone to the browser version instead of wasting resources on the app itself?

    Further, the app shows my appointment title as “Initial Appointment” - which cannot be edited. Sometimes my initial appointment occurs before I put someone in AccuLynx. When I modify the title in the browser, it stays modified on my calendar sink, but in the app it still shows “initial appointment”. there are too many weird dissimilarities between the app and the browser, it’s almost like there are two groups developing independently and there is no continuity of UX / UI.

  • Always something wrong

    Acculinx should be great. Should make organization easier and especially if there are multiple people coordinating on a project. When it works, it’s a must have. However I’ve been using this software, for 2 years. There is always something wrong with the app. One week I can’t log in, And have to upload through google. Now recently, the photos won’t even upload for each Job. Acculinx fix your software. There’s always something that doesn’t work

  • Old field app was much better.

    They need to allow field to add smart docs as well who does change orders. The field. Who can’t do change order smart docs? The field. I’m deleting this until they can add anything new of value from the old field app. And they need to get rid of the stupid pop up on the old field app telling us to use this bad version. Makes me want to go with another CRM. Half the time I go to take a picture in this app and the screen goes all white missing important pictures from my jobs fix this thing or turn on the old app.
