I need help
It worked all last year. I came back to work after a break and it tells me it is unable to connect to the server. I'm on the work wifi. I've been asking my i.t. Department I've made two help requests I've as many months and I've gotten no help. I'd like to be able to use this app but I can't and they makes me sad.Show lessVathier

I’d like to know why I had to pay for this app when I had to download it for my job you charge me $.99 and that may not be much to you but every penny counts from my life I want my $.99 back immediately especially when this doesn’t even work to clock me in and out I can stand right in the hallway in the office by the time clock and it still won’t workShow lesstyujffb

Some of these features are so simple that it almost hurts to see them so messed up
Like preventing clock in when not connected to the proper wifi, that’s really smart

Thanks for your feedback. It sounds like your employer is IP restricting clock operations to ensure clocking is only happening while at work. There are options to allow missed punch entry that may be helpful to you and your employer. I can't edit my hours in this app if I make a mistake. the app clocks me back in if I clock out. I have to go through admin basically every week to fix mistake due to this app not working and not being able to fix it myself from the app. why?6272727262626262627
