    Not a fan at all
    Very complicated compared to what we had
    Not a fan of “all accounts” lumped together at the top in red. (I am linked to my kids accounts) when I open my app it shows “total” of all accounts… I hate that, I need to see what MY account balance is not a total of all of them because their accounts /money aren’t mine !
    Also transactions are not being updated in a timely manner. Bill paid with confirmation on a Wednesday and Sunday it’s still not showing as a transaction. Most people , especially if more than one person on account, uses the app to keep track of /purchases/ balances.. if transactions aren’t posted when they should then we don’t have actual balance information.
    So no not a fan of newest “update” on the app or the new cards

  • Kicks me out

    Every time this app updates, it kicks me out and when I type in my name, it gives me a terrible suggestion that I did not put for example once you are not able to sign in because you forgot your password gives you a special phrase. It gives me a phrase like what’s the name of my first child even though I’ve never had kids, even when I put in my middle name, this app is buggy and doesn’t remember any of my passwords would not recommend using this bank or the app

  • not competitive with it’s peers on the app

    Poor app that isn’t up to the task. Hard to find directions on how to access items. I keep getting a screen that requires me to update but when I update it cycles me back to a prompt to update. App is minimalistic. Most of my banking is done with other banks both local and national. Communities online app is very inferior

  • Don’t like new app design

    It is harder to follow. I don’t like that you can no longer see the change in your account with each transaction.

    Not user friendly! Every time I log in, I get a security code in my message. No place for a memo or note when I make a transfer. No place to sign out on dashboard. I feel like my account is left open. Now I am trying to send this review and I can’t. Only choice highlighted is cancel. Can’t send.

  • Hate the updates

    Talk about making things more complicated! Absolutely hate the new updates. Cant find anything, cant get what i need. Just trying to print out a copy of your check statement is a complicated mess now.
  • Don’t like new changes

    No option to add notes for transfers. Shuffling between accounts instead of one page.
