The app is OK
Almost everything works as it is supposed to. I don’t like how assignments are automatically accepted though. A photographer should have the possibility to accept or decline an assignment. Also the rescheduling feature is broken (although I‘m available I can’t select another date to reschedule). This is super annoying and costs a lot of extra time.

Terrible Experience
I’ve used this app as a photographer and it is one of the worse platforms everrrrr. They don’t confirm photoshoots and you may drive halfway to a photo shoot with it being cancelled and zero compensation. This company has a class action lawsuit coming its way in more than one way.
STOP!!!
Jesus Christ—STOP messaging me! I was taking my time to review each photographer to see who would be the best fit for my project but you guys from SNAPPR are relentless with your text message and email marketing follow up’s! I don’t appreciate the barrage of messages and think this is a bad business practice. Consequently, didn’t even use them and found an alternative platform for my business because they just annoyed me. Sorry to the photographers—take your talents to another platform.

Very dissatisfied!!!
I was extremely dissatisfied with the product I received. There was no one available for me to contact or discuss any necessary edits or changes to the provided photos. Please take note that the work you will receive is of low quality. I strongly advise against wasting your money or time on it.
Terrible app
The App Is terrible, it stuck on the onboarding screen honestly they jus take this off the App Store already.
Don’t bother
Snappr may have the worst AI Headshots that I have ever seen. I tried twice and the pictures look nothing like me. They’re terrible. I chose none of the headshots and their policy still does not permit a refund. That’s bad business. Two thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽
Save your money and time! Don’t this app
The worst app I have ever used in my life! And half of photographers never came to prepaid appointment!
Points
As a photographer I feel I’m not receiving the paid that I deserved plus they compromised with the client without asking the photographer if it’s going to be possible to full filled the clients expectations. For example a client told that Snappr told her that me as a photographer I was going to send 30 edits when I never agreed to that. Also as a photographer they don’t give me the option to choose the bookings.

Review system just broken
They don’t educate customers and then let them post any kind of review they want ranging from complete lies to random confusion about the services or photography in general like calling bokeh “blurry”…. And they don’t let photographers respond. If you are going to let customers lie in reviews we need to be able to reply.

You get what you pay for
Had a terrible photo shoot with zero usable photos. I told Snappr and they refused to give me a refund even when I pointed out that the photos were nothing like what I said I wanted/example photos I sent. The photographer didn’t let us see the photos during the shoot so we wasted time and money.
