    I’ve used Titan since it took over from flockmail. Such a good service, email replies don’t land in junk and support is fantastic. There has been so many improvements over the last year that make it one of the most responsive providers available for Wordpress sites.
  • Horrible experience

    App freezing constantly. Contacted support and was told it’s my issue not theirs. Tried their commands and requests to no avail, this app needs some serious work to function as intended.

  • Freezes and crashes A LOT

    I can’t even get through writing a short email without the app crashing/freezing/me needing to shutdown and restart the app

  • Could not print from app

    I could not print emails from the app. Fortunately, I figured out how to receive and send on Apple mail, so I am using that again.
  • Great app but no quick share icon

    App works great but does not show when sharing photos etc. like Outlook or mail. Please add shortcut Thanks
  • Mobile App Freezes

    I had to change to this app because I changed my Web Host. I open it and after a couple of emails it freezes. I have to close it completely and then reopen to unfreeze it. If I didn’t have to use it I would delete it and not look back. The computer app works fine. The mobile app not so much.

    Titan gave me an email for support. The system identifies my email to them as spam and kicks it back. It asks me to force send, which I do, and it doesn’t go thru. This fiasco is only getting worse with no way to contact them as they block my emails as spam. Maybe the could just give me a phone number or unblock my email address.

  • It’s an alright email service

    I got it from Wordpress and thought to use it as our business email provider since It could do custom email hosting. It works as expected and like any other email provide like google or outlook. But it’s just lacking in responsiveness for a lack of a better term.

    The syncing of your inbox from device to device only happens when you open the app on the device your wanting to use it on. So every time I open up Titan mail on my desktop web browser, I have to wait like 5-10 seconds for the inbox to update. Which might not seem like a lot of time but it just adds to the feeling of clunkyness. It’s a minor thing but it’s tedious to just wait there for the mail that you’ve already seen on your phone or laptop a second ago take a while to load.

    Unlike with Gmail or other apps where it’s continuously and accurately syncing on all your devices, it take a bit for titan to do that.

    As well the notifications I notice lag behind a few seconds as well. When I’m in the app and I need to receive a code or something, it pops up in the inbox but the notification come like 5-10 seconds after on my desktop or laptop. Which again doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal, but it’s just annoying to already know you have the email and then get a notification literally after you already seen the email.

    I doubt they’ll fix the responsiveness of the app anytime soon, like for some reason I’ve seen no interaction or presence of a improving brand or company.

    All in all, it’ll do what you expect, but it’s a bit clunky. The only reason I haven’t switch has been because there’s a lot of info in the emails on the app that I wouldn’t want to be deleted.

  • Not good experience

    This is paid email and way much worse than Apple’s default email function, can’t copy email address, can’t resend, the fonts are not as good as looking, the only good thing is I know when recipient opens email.
