Loved this game but ….
I have loved this game since I bought it a couple of years ago. However, since yesterday I can’t play any Daily Challenges. I’ve tried everything suggested on the support page and still nothing. How am I supposed to get it fixed if I can’t contact anyone? So frustrating and I will be cancelling my subscription.Show lessLyra286

Daily challenge download error
Get your crap sorted, this happens far too often whereby you try to do daily challenges but get server error, or download error or the most annoying connection error when there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the connection. Everything else in the game works as does the rest of the internet oriented stuff on my device. This is an error you need to fix not me!

Daily Challenges Stopped Working
Every time I try to open daily challenges I get a message reading “an error occurred while trying to download data from our servers. Please check your internet and try again” It’s been 48 hours and nothing has changed. It doesn’t matter if I’m connected to wi-fi or using cellular data. I couldn’t find anything under “support” to contact the company directly about this problem.Show lessNotoriousMLE
Great time sync
Been playing for ages. Just got a download error on mobile for the daily games. I play other Microsoft casual games (sudoku) with no issue and my phone is connected to the internet. Can’t find an faq for this issue on mobile…

Daily challenge won’t download
I love to play the daily challenge on mahjong and got them all out each month. Now all of a sudden I carn’t download them. Very sadTrucker 1949

Until now I’m not sure what has happened. I can not play on my iPad Pro needed to charge the iPad did it then went to play and everything thing disappeared. It won’t even load the daily challenges. What’s up. Very angry never happened before and my mini is fine. Help!!Jjp923
