Needs better iPad support
Currently the app isn’t designed for iPad. It will run but only in vertical mode and the layout makes it obvious that the devs just ported it from the iPhone app.
Not worth getting the paid plan.
The app almost always stalls when trying to open a playlist or folder. It now crashes on the splash screen, and I can't access anything. 👎
No AirPlay audio support
Not everyone’s flow is to listen on the phone.
Cannot connect to mobile device to PC

Intuitive design, won’t be using it.
This app is useless without USB A support for interfacing with CDJs via the port on top of the player. So much for keeping a stash of tracks on your phone for those unplanned afterhours opportunities. You’ve dropped the ball Pioneer.
Good start.... needs a couple more features
The concept is a good one.. I have been a Serato user since Scratch Live and recently picked up the XP2 which by chance had a free version of Rekordbox 6 with it. Currently testing out the creative package and so far I like it.
The mobile app needs work though. Bluetooth play is a must. As an Apple user I have iCloud so this really need to be added for me to seriously use it, makes no sense to start another subscription just for this. Landscape view would also be good to see more of the waveform.
Most of all it would be perfect if I could purchase a track in Traxsource for example, download it to my phone, add it to my Rekordbox collection and edit. That way I can listen and buy music on the go and edit ready for when I get to the decks. If this is possible I would love to know about it but I haven’t been able to do it yet even with dropping the track into an artist folder inside the Rekordbox library. PLEASE add this feature!

Slightly better, but still awful
Much better than its predecessor as a player but since installing, my phone has started crashing. Also, upon crashing and rearranging the app, it asked me to read the EULA (no one does this!) and sign in again. All my tracks were lost. Rubbish
Brilliant app
Just got a ddj400 and started using Rekordbox 6. Really impressed with the software and then found this little beauty! Not sure about the connection issues people are having but it works well for me (latest macOS and latest iOS).
Some small features missing, would like to be able to re-order tracks in playlists to sort out set order but really impressed with everything else you can do.
Most useful app I’ve used in a long time.
