I can’t get in to see my doctor
If I want to see my doctor I can schedule a visit with her in about 9 months. If I need to be seen before that I am assigned to a random PA or APRN. so the people with the most education are only doing the annual physicals and the other professionals are doing all the heavy lifting. This really doesn’t make much sense to me. I’ve been told after each visit that if I have any questions I can email them. I believe at this point I have emailed five different times and have never received a response. So I’m not sure what the point of that is. I like my doctor but this isn’t working.Show lessnicknamr467843
Game changer
Having all of my records in one place and being able to communicate electronically with drs and their staffs is truly a game changer for me. No more paper. No losing anything. Being able to look at results mostly the same day reduces worry and wondering. I also want to say the Nebraska MEd doctors and staff are (on the whole) incredibly helpful, friendly, and compassionate. Thank you!Show lesssmkru

Would like to view visit notes .
It would be helpful to have access to “visit notes”
Some times things are discussed with the physician that I don’t remember all of the detail later and would like to read for clarification. Also when my husband or grown children have questions it would be nice to have them read the visit note instead of trying to explain things to them.
I see physicians at National Jewish Health and the visit notes are included on the patient portal 👍Show lessjstitt18
Best nurse
I had a lot of great staff. But my best nurse was Lisa Raman. She was smart kind informative always answering when I puzzled. She was always personable. She had time to talk and share. About my medical questions or personal questions just having someone to talk to. She went above and beyond for me and I hope someone can recognize and thank her for this. She was a very special nurse to me
