Chronic pain
For seven months I’ve been trying to find a pain management after seven months they tell me that number Nebraska Medical Center will not be able to refer me or give me any narcotic for pain I am not happy at alldeny france

Colonoscopy
I have been trying to make an appointment with the GI specialist for another colonoscopy yet when the nurse calls and leaves a message & I call back immediately they place my name at the bottom of their and refuse to call for three days!!!!! I complained to patient relations on Monday and still haven't heard from the GI specialist!!! That is horrible customer service on the gi side HORRIBLE! I have a voicemail stating from a nurse that yes it takes two to three business days to get back! I am about to call my insurance and get another doctor that has respectable nurses that don't leave a patient for 3 days waiting!! Heads should roll on this!Show lessKKBoylan
Facility as a whole
Diagnosis is Stage 4 colon cancer- all the Dr.’s took great care of me and especially the Nurses were amazing!! New Diagnosis- cancer in my liver several places- New Oncologist is amazing and her nurse (case manager) is on the ball! Got appointments set up and Chemo scheduled till June! Even gave me print outs of the medication I will be taking for this round of Chemo and what she prescribed today! Honestly these people at the Cancer Center are amazing!
