Unfair!!!!!
It has been an enjoyable experience for me and many others. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the pricing disparities of in-game purchases across different regions.
It has come to my attention that the cost of items in certain regions, such as China, is significantly lower when converted to other currencies like USD. While I understand the reasoning behind regional pricing adjustments to accommodate varying purchasing powers, this disparity creates an imbalance in the competitive aspects of the game. Players from regions with lower pricing can max out their accounts and gain considerable advantages much faster, which feels unfair to players from regions where the prices are higher.
I kindly request that you review this pricing structure and consider implementing measures to maintain fairness across all players. This could include limiting region-based advantages or exploring alternative ways to balance the game’s competitive environment.

An absolutely amazing game
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME ITS A SCAM TACTIC
Now that the devs won’t remove this review I have an issue with the game. I was recruited by one of their many recruiters from another game and was told to immediately spend money. I did not oblige them and they got very VERY sinister about it and said that I would be kicked out and basically have my entire time on the game ruined if I didn’t spend money on the packs. After this I made contact with some people who then told me that these so called leaders actually were recruiters who play other games and convince you to move over and force you to purchase things. They make a 5% commission on it. I was recruited by someone named Li. She is a student from Singapore, China. I did not have a huge issue with these people until they started banning people permanently from the game for spreading the truth instead of letting these recruiters run wild on the server scamming people and being absolute tyrants.

Not a happy player ,
I like this game but not happy at all with the game makers , I started playing just after the game came out , so just over 3 years now , during the last update , I developed a glitch which eventually caused me to loose the game entirely , although I had bound the game at some point with GT Arcade I was unable to retrieve the game even though I had spent money on it , which I had been quite happy to do , I received NO help from the game makers in retrieving my account , My option was to start again from scratch at base level

Game servers have login failures
An enjoyable game, but difficult to log in to play it. I had been logging in every day for nearly two years and then had one day when I could not log on to the server or even the GTarcade platform. This meant that my VIP points restarted at the lowest level. This makes it difficult to recommend this game as it becomes very frustrating. It has many fun events and lots to do in it, but if you are new to the game, I would suggest you check out other similar games from different developers. This review is written as I currently can not log in to the game, which allows me time to write a review.

Read before spending $$ on this game
Read before spending $$ on this game!! **Absolute worst customer care** I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t know if I’m an isolated case, but I’ve spent hundreds of $$ on this game, and not in one go mind you. Due to the game mechanics, this was over a painstaking month as they limit certain purchases that reset daily, and that’s not even the part I’m frustrated with as I know that’s how these type of games operate. The issue, after all this I can’t even use the character I paid to unlock, likely due to a bug? Here’s the thing, I have no clue because for the last 3.5 weeks it’s been the same canned response from there customer care team: “The team is aware and they are doing their best to address it, and will let you know when all is good.” How hard is it to give a little transparency? How about “Sorry it looks like your bug is an isolated incident and won’t be fixed until x time period”. Something…anything to manage my expectations as to why I can’t use a character I paid for. Or how about reimbursing in-game resources to boost my other characters? Nope, completely alienated and ignored, just the same canned response over and over, no timeline, no information whatsoever. My patience has been exhausted and I feel compelled to write this up publicly. I hope no one else has to go through the same ****show I’ve had to go through.

Great game
This is a great game, unfortunately after the last update i have a problem logging in. I did manage to after a few days & it was fine for a few days, a glitch promoted me to uninstall & then re- install, now i can't fet past the update again
Great game, dangerous for kids!
This game is pretty good. However the developers don’t engage at all with their players. While there is a report feature In chat, it doesn’t do anything. You can report offensive language 10 times a day for a week and nothing will change. Be careful letting kids play this game. After being in this game for any length of time you’re guaranteed to see homophobic comments, slurs, ignorant comments pertaining to mental health. Be very careful what you let your kids get into, because the developers won’t be on your side

Game is addictive for sure but you’ll be better off not playing if you’re very competitive. P2W aspect will overcome a 500 day playing advantage, most people get hooked for the connections between different cultures or the constant drama. Would give 4 stars but support team is very bad. If you buy something and it doesn’t appear good luck getting it replaced. If there are selfish players who constantly curse and pillage your server there’s nothing you can do. Devs won’t ban them if they misspell curse words no matter the frequency and no ban is ever permanent unless you ask for a refund (usually a two day bans for cursing and never bans for attacking your server relentlessly).
Shadow and Holy cost $2,500 USD per maxed immortal ($10,000 for a full unit) and much more for the dragon (around $20,000 for max dragon talents). The new Chaos immortals cost $8,500 per immortal if you are patient, around $12,500 if you want to max one in a single event

So you got attacked by a whale!
Just not a big deal! If you prepare properly, they get nothing and all you lose is prosperity. That is the best feature of this game, the most powerful player in the game can’t “zero” you. Prosperity is the rate at which you produce resources, and once it goes to 0 you are teleported away from battle, shielded and rewarded with a good deal of resources. The game is less about player versus player and mostly about player versus npc’s (gnomes). Also the incentive for pvp is to fight players close to your own level.

To many Bugs
This game is great fun at starting levels with fast moving gameplay and very enjoyable in the beginning. Unfortunately that does not continue and by castle level 30 it degenerates into a resource grind unless you spend a great deal of money. Every day the game reports faulty information about the status of troops, scouts and dragons. The only way to correct it is to restart your platform each time. I got tired of between 5 and 10 restarts every day. I have two accounts of this game on different platforms, both have the same constantly recurring faults. If you like this type of game try Zgirls3. It’s more fun, less of a grind, not as expensive to become a powerful player, better graphics and a much more enjoyable experience all told.
