    I love this app so much it's pushing me to work out and do harder things than I normally wouldn't do and I love it great app.

  • Great premise, easy to use, wish it had a few tweaks

    I'm a total beginning at both home fitness and workout apps. I like how this app is beginner friendly and you can customize your skill level. I love how each workout overview has specific directions for each move. However something that I wish it had was the ability to show the instructions for each move once you actually start the workout. For a total beginner like me, I need to know how to do each move specifically in order to avoid injury.

    I wish it had a sound when the timer expires on a move so I don't have to keep pausing to hold my device. You could have the sound switch on and off for those it bothers, but personally, I would find that helpful.

    Also, the app description said it had a link to workout videos. I don't see where that is in the app.

    Overall, it's a great concept but could use some refinement.

  • No sound quite basic

    The app is laid out great and it tacks water intake and gives a small exercise each day. It’s completely silent and you don’t even get a sound when you complete each rep or a well done, keep going. The exercises are basic and I can’t see people losing weight on this. There is no where to re enter your weights to keep a track of if you are losing. Not for me

  • Cool fitness app

    This app has transformed my workouts! Great variety of different programs, easy-to-follow videos, use it at the gym as well. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get fit!
  • GIVE IT A CHANCE

    I didn’t think I was going to like it based on the first day, but by day 3 I do like it a lot. Because of the economics, I signed up for a year so I am cautiously optimistic that it will be good for me. I walk, bike, and row, but even so, some of these are a little challenging for me as they involve balance, or using muscles in a new way. I’m older and need to lose weight but my program is right for me: challenging but doable. Just right.

  • So bad

    So when I first joined this app because you know I’m a bit fat and I can’t really digest much and I did my age and my height (just did random because I don’t what my height is) and all of that stuff then u press on weight loss but it just took me to buying the thingy even thought I don’t have any money I was really mad and I thought this would help me but instead just a waste of time what a shame you guys need to fix your app because it has problems anyway bye bye :)

  • Deletes progress

    I have been using the app for about a week and multiple times so far the app has deleted my progress and tried to make me start the work out programs from day 1 again.
